Scan to Email

Please follow these instructions to scan documents to your email:

 

  1. Place document in feeder
  2. Select EMAIL from home menu
  3. From Left-Side Menu, select ADDRESS BOOK
  4. From Drop-Down Menu on left side, select LIST ALL PUBLIC ENTRIES
  5. Select the name of the person you would like to receive the email.
  6. Hit the “To” “CC” or “BCC” to add the address to the list.
  7. Hit “Close”
  8. Click the BIG GREEN START button to send

 

Note:  The subject of the email you receive is generally the same for every scan unless you change it.  If you forward your scan to someone else you will want to edit the subject so they know what it is about and so it does not get combined with other emails in “Conversation View”.

 

YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A PRINTOUT IF SEND FAILS
