If you need immediate assistance from Canvas support, you can use the Help feature within Canvas.
First, click the Help icon in the lower-left corner of Canvas.
After clicking Help, another window will pop-up on the screen with various options.
You will be provided with the Tech Support number for Canvas, as well as the option to Live Chat with Canvas support. Just click the corresponding buttons.
