Google Chrome no longer supports the following Mac OS X versions:
- 10.6
- 10.7
- 10.8
If you are currently using a version of OS X that is listed above, this will affect your ability to take Proctored Exams in Canvas, using Proctorio.
To check your version of OS X, follow these steps:
- Click the Apple icon in the upper-left taskbar.
- Click About this Mac
- A window should open detailing your version of OS X.
If your version of OS X is not 10.9 or higher, you will need to upgrade your Mac.
This can be done easily through the App Store. Click this link to be directed to Apple's El Capitan Update Page, to get started.
