With Chrome open, click on the three vertical dots at the top right of Chrome.
(This may be a yellow ! or red arrow logo, this means an update is needed or an error as occurred.)
From the Chrome menu, go down to Help, then select About Google Chrome.
When the About Google Chrome page opens, the browser will automatically search and download any updates. If an update is available, you will see the progress on this page. Once the download is finished, please click the Relaunch button in the middle.
When Chrome reopens, your Chrome will be up to date with the most recent software.
If there was no Relaunch button, Chrome is up to date and nothing further is needed.
