Google Calendar Settings


This article will show you how to set your time zone, working hours and permission settings to view your Google Calendar appointments and scheduled events.


First open your Google Calendar. Click on the Settings gear icon at the top right, as shown. 



From the settings page, select Time Zone on the left menu. There, enter your current time zone. You may add a secondary time zone, if needed. 


Further down at the bottom of this settings page, you will find the working hours section. Here, you will input your working hours by day. 




Once this is done, click on your own calendar on the left-hand side of the page. 



Scroll down to Access Permissions, make sure your settings are the same as the image below.
